I was referred to you from a dear friend and my trainer, Dennis Fenrich. My husband, Adam, also trains with Dennis. I am contacting for immediate help for Adam, as your school of thought is quite new and overwhelming for him, but he is having stomache issues and is undergoing testing to see what is going on. He seems to experience pain immediately after eating and is in the upper stomache area. He tends to get queezy, as he puts it. He is wondering what you would do for him and costs. Would you offer a no charge consultation just to let him learn more about you and your programs? If so, when could you meet with him? We are near by, in Livonia.
As for me, I am interested in meeting with you as well. I am a crossfit fan, have read “Breaking the Metabolic Code”, follow the Zone -100 best foods shchool of thought and block my meals. I absolutely love it! I am dairy free, gluten free (now grain free), soy free and of course all processed food free – it started w/ gluten free 8 years ago. 2 years ago, I started on paleo and did it for 3 months but things crept back in. I am back at it again but this time I eat more fruits and different colored veggies, etc. I take fabulous supplements and have found L-Glutamine and magnesium to be helping recently. Where I do still have a problem is a bloated very gassy stomache and PAINFUL! I log every bite I eat and measure everything on mydailyplate.com so, hopefully, it will be easy for you to help me make some changes. I have had a colonoscopy too and all is good. I am so excited to talk with you and get a custom plan to help me w/ my workouts, muscle mass and food intake!!!!

I read a comment from you on t-nation saying you can relieve Crohn’s/IBD with a protocol. Can you give me more info on that?
